Responsibilities - Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and planning support
- Learn about traveler preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation goals
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruise options, transportation, excursions, and travel experiences
- Present customized travel recommendations based on client needs and expectations
- Coordinate booking details, reservations, and itinerary components
- Share travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and important updates
- Support travelers with itinerary adjustments, special requests, and travel-related concerns
- Review reservation information and travel documents for accuracy
- Track active travel plans and help ensure all arrangements are completed on schedule
- Maintain organized client records and communication history within company platforms
- Utilize company resources, supplier tools, and training materials to support daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
