Job Summary:
Supports DPR’s real estate portfolio management through detailed lease analysis, data administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Manages the abstraction and tracking of lease terms and obligations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. Provides analytical support for financial reviews, reconciliations, and landlord communications. Collaborates across departments to streamline processes and enhance portfolio performance. Serves as a subject matter resource to junior analysts and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Abstracts leases and amendments, maintaining accurate data and ensuring financial and legal obligations are tracked in portfolio systems.
Monitors critical notice dates, renewals, and expirations, coordinating with F&A, IT, and Risk teams for timely actions.
Supports transaction activities by preparing financial summaries, reviewing proposals, and coordinating stakeholder communications.
Works closely with accounts payable and accounts recievable to assist in the collection and reconciliation of tenant improvement allowances, deposits, and other landlord payments.
Prepares lease-related reports and dashboards to support portfolio analysis and leadership reviews.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members on lease administration procedures and standards.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or related field required.
Experience using lease administration platforms (such as ProLease) preferred.
Experience with data analysis, financial reporting, and corporate portfolio management preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:
$109,000.00- $183,000.00
