DescriptionKforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives with a focus on AI-enabled solutions and enterprise transformation efforts. This individual will partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution, ensure alignment across workstreams, and deliver strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.What You'll Do:* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs involving AI, automation, and digital capabilities* Coordinate activities across engineering, product, UX, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful delivery* Act as the central point of communication for project stakeholders, leadership teams, and business partners* Establish project roadmaps, milestones, resource plans, and governance processes* Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies* Prepare executive-level updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions* Facilitate planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews* Manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery timelines and business objectives* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution and team effectiveness* Promote collaboration and accountability across multiple functional groupsRequirements* Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification* Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging technology initiatives* Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology organizations* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies* Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills* Ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive consensus among diverse stakeholdersJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $55
