This role will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects that enhance data exchange between public health agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health informatics, stakeholder engagement, and project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure interoperability

goals are met

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication strategies
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for leadership and funders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and barriers
• Promote adoption of interoperability tools and workflowsQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Health Informatics, or related field (Master’s

preferred) - 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or healthcare IT

• PMP certification required
• CAPM or Agile certification preferred
• Familiarity with health data standards and public health systems
• Experience with public health programs, clinical systems, or IT infrastructure is

highly valuable.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
