With 9 restaurants currently under operation in Manhattan and 2 more exciting new projects to open in 2026, we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Hospitality Leaders to join our dynamic team.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume environments, are seriously passionate about hospitality, and are looking to grow in their career. Just as La Pecora Bianca has grown in New York ,we are looking for hospitality leaders with large volume and or Multi Unit experience looking to help grow our brand within the great Florida market starting with our Miami opening.

HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

• This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all line level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• Certification in NYC Food Protection License required
